Join us for the Community Care Hospice 2023 Golf Classic. Enjoy a day of golf, breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, and games of chance all to support Community Care Hospice’s continued mission of serving patients, families and the community.

Includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks.
Sponsorship opportunities are available. Net proceeds from the 2023 Golf Classic benefit Community Care Hospice patient care and services.
