Finding Hope Through the Holidays is a bereavement support group facilitated by Community Care Hospice. This support group is open to anyone who is experiencing the loss of a loved one and may find it difficult to celebrate during the holidays.
This group will meet for one session only and is designed to offer helpful tips on how to get through the holidays after the death of a loved one.
When: Tuesday, Dec. 5, 6:30-8pm & Thursday, Dec. 7, 2-3:30pm (alternate times may be scheduled based on interest)
